K-lite 103.5 FM, the flagship radio station under tycoon and former senator Manny Villar's Advanced Media Broadcasting System, Inc. (AMBS), is officially live from a new home studio on Starmall Shaw Boulevard's second floor in Mandaluyong City.

K-lite, a popular FM radio station since 1995, hits the airwaves anew with an expansive genre of rhythmic contemporary music hits from the '90s to the present.

"This marks the beginning of our venture into the entertainment business. We only look forward to recovery, especially after the pandemic, and we hope to be able to help our fellow Filipinos through this venture, particularly in generating jobs. I'm proud and grateful at the same time," the beloved Chairman of the Villar Group said of the opportunity.

Besides enjoying the OG funk of the '90s hits on 103.5 FM radio, the public is likewise invited to view live streams from the studio on Channel 3 of Planet Cable TV in parts of Mega Manila and Region 4 Calabarzon.

Followers from around the world can also tune in and stream live to K-Lite via the website klite1035.com.ph or by downloading the Twitch app.

K-lite features the captive voices of two in-house disc jocks, DJ Jaybee Jariol and DJ Aly Esplana. DJ Jaybee, one of the original DJs of K-lite, made her comeback in April this year and is raring to dish her daily dose of lite favorites Mondays to Fridays from 9 a.m. to 12 noon. DJ Aly, on the other hand, a newbie radio talent and a certified streamer-slash-gamer, is the voice who will get listeners through rush hour afternoons from 5 to 9 p.m. weekdays.

K-Lite's comeback also features a fresh format of youth-inspired programs with the launch of exciting promotions like the search for the next "K-lite Kampus Krew." The search is open to all qualified students who are up for an internship program in college.

There is also the "DJ Kampus Hunt" that is open to all aspiring voice talents aged 18 to 25 years old.

Promo mechanics are listed on K-Lite's social media accounts on Facebook, Youtube, and Twitch.

Meanwhile, the station's Tiktok page also hosts the "Do It, Duet Challenge," where participants can stitch their duet entry to DJ Jaybee's sample for the student DJ search.

True to its promise to keep the warmest music vibe on radio, K-Lite followers are in for treats and surprises with scheduled live performances by OPM's top artists ready to roll. A peek into the guest list sees The Lily band, Ronnie Liang, Rachel G, and Silent Sanctuary in the coming days.

K-Lite's regular programming broadcasts from 6 a.m. to 12 midnight throughout the week from Monday to Sunday.
