UNIFORMED personnel and civilian members of the Public Safety Mutual Benefit Fund Inc. (PSMBFI) will soon be able to receive their loan proceeds and insurance claims via PayMaya.

The move is in line with the association's thrust to provide safer, faster and more convenient services to over 5,500 members across the country.

PSMBFI is one of the biggest nonstock, nonprofit insurance providers and mutual benefit fund managers of the Philippine National Police, the Bureau of Immigration, the Bureau of Corrections, the Metro Manila Development Authority and the Land Transportation Office, among others.

"We are happy to work with PayMaya, as this partnership further strengthens our commitment to provide our members with their much-needed funds during their most difficult times," said Joel Napoleon Coronel, president and chief executive officer of PSMBFI.

For his part, Orlando Vea, PayMaya founder and chief executive officer, said, "We are proud to work with an organization like PSMBFI that looks after the welfare of our uniformed personnel and civilian frontliners. Beyond disbursements, PayMaya can unlock the digital life for PSMBFI members, enabling them to go cashless for everyday transactions."For more information, visit, or follow @PayMayaOfficial on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
