If you are someone who charges all your spending to a single credit card, the rewards that you earn can really add up if you use the right credit card. For people who see the beauty in earning cash rebates, here are the best cashback credit cards for big spenders in Singapore. We at GET.com are happy to share that some of these credit cards don't require that you spend extravagantly every month at all.

1. Citi Cash Back Card

Citi Cash Back Card rewards you with 8% cash back on dining, Grab rides, groceries and petrol if you charge a total retail spend of $888 or more in a statement month. Bear in mind there is a $25 cashback cap per category, per statement month. This is a cashback credit card that could very well work to your advantage so long as you charge all your daily expenses to this credit card. All other retail spend will earn you cashback at the base rate of 0.25%.

2. UOB One Card

UOB One Card lets you earn up to 5% cashback on all spending. To earn the 5% cash rebate, you will have to spend $2,000 monthly for three consecutive months of a calendar quarter. In addition, you have to make sure that there are at least 5 transactions made per month. If you fulfil the criteria, you will earn the quarterly cash rebate of $300. Take note you will not earn more cashback even if you were to spend more because UOB One Card only rewards you with a fixed amount of cash rebate each calendar quarter if you fulfil the criteria the bank has set out.

3. UOB YOLO Credit Card

UOB YOLO Credit Card lets you earn an 8% rebate on weekend dining and entertainment (local and overseas) and 3% rebate on weekday dining and entertainment, online fashion and travel, subject to a minimum spend of $600 in a statement month. This card can be very rewarding if you dine out and socialise a lot. There is a total rebate cap of $60 per month. All other spend charged to your UOB YOLO Credit Card will earn 0.3% rebate.

4. OCBC 365 Credit Card

OCBC 365 Credit Card lets you earn 6% cashback on weekend dining locally; 3% cashback on weekday dining locally and overseas dining worldwide; 3% cashback on online shopping (e.g. travel, fashion, movie tickets, Grab/Uber rides and more; 3% cashback on grocery shopping at supermarkets islandwide; 3% cashback on recurring SingTel, StarHub, M1 telco bills; 0.3% cashback on all other spend; up to 23% fuel savings at Caltex and 5% cashback on fuel spend at all other petrol service stations.

The only catch is you have to spend at least $600 based on posted transactions in a calendar month. This shouldn't be difficult at all if you use this credit card to pay for all your everyday purchases. The total amount of cashback you can earn in a calendar month is capped at $80.

5. HSBC Advance Credit Card

HSBC Advance Credit Card is a cashback credit card that will benefit you most if you are an HSBC Advance banking customer as it lets you enjoy up to 3.5% cashback on all purchases.

For cardholders without an HSBC Advance banking relationship, you can look forward to earning 2.5% cashback on your purchases if you spend above $2,000 in a month. If you spend $2,000 or below in a month, the cashback you will earn falls to 1.5%. The maximum cashback you can earn in a calendar month is capped at $70.

If you have an HSBC Advance banking relationship, you will earn an additional 1% cashback on top of the cashback tiers illustrated above. So you will earn 3.5% cashback if you spend above $2,000 in a month or 2.5% cashback if you spend $2,000 or below. The maximum cashback an HSBC Advance customer can earn in a calendar month is capped at $125.

6. Maybank Family & Friends Card

Maybank Family & Friends Card rewards you with 8% cashback on groceries, transport and petrol, and purchases at selected merchants so long as you spend at least $1,000 per calendar month. For groceries, you have the option to shop at Cold Storage, NTUC FairPrice/Finest/X-tra in Singapore as well as AEON Big, Giant, TESCO, and Pacific Hypermart in Malaysia. As for the transport and petrol category, you can expect some serious savings since it includes leading petrol stations in Singapore and Malaysia, bus and train rides in Singapore (registration required) as well as taxi rides in Singapore.

You also earn cashback on fast food delivery when you use your card when ordering from foodpanda, KFC, McDonald's, and Pizza Hut. Other local merchants where you can earn 8% cashback include Unity NTUC Healthcare, Guardian, Watsons, POPULAR Bookstores, POPULAR Online Store, Toys 'R' Us, Yamaha Music (course fees not included). This card also lets you earn 8% cashback at LEGOLAND® Malaysia Theme Park and Water Park tickets, and all other theme parks in Malaysia.

There is, however, a total cashback cap of $600 in a calendar year for Maybank's 8% rebate scheme. You can continue to earn cash rebates at the prevailing basic rate of 0.3%, though.
