Satisfy your dim sum cravings at the newest outlet of one of Singapore’s famed Chinese restaurants.

Swee Choon is finally expanding its presence after spending nearly 60 years serving Singaporeans with their bite-sized Chinese delicacies. The new outlet at Century Square shopping mall in Tampines will start to take orders on Friday. They’ve got their signatures like the Sichuan chilli oil dumplings, pork and shrimp dumplings, salted egg yolk custard bun, carrot cake and bean curd prawn roll, all lined up for you to gobble them down.

“Happiness steamed, fried, baked… All freshly made, just like in simpler times. Warmed by every reunion, straight from the heart,” it wrote on its website.

The restaurant is running a promotion for walk-in takeaway orders throughout the weekend, with best-selling dishes going at S$2 each. These include their glutinous rice with chicken, tofu bomb, minced pork and century egg porridge, and mango pomelo sago.

The space is equipped with 40 seats for when dining restrictions are lifted. For now, the restaurant accepts takeaway and delivery orders.

Swee Choon has been serving up their dishes from their main outlet at Jalan Besar since 1962.
