WATCH: Otters on a family outing gallivanting around an HDB block in Singapore

In Singapore, our love for otters knows no bounds for some reason. Again and again, the creatures have made headlines for climbing ladders, gamboling at Changi Airport, and even something as simple as frolicking in their natural habitat. Admittedly, they’re adorable to watch — and that’s probably why videos of otters anywhere doing anything usually go viral.

Like this one below, which was posted by a Facebook user on Tuesday.

Showing a group of otters gallivanting around what appears to be a carpark at Bendemeer Court, the video got netizens all excited about the animals, which are believed to have come from Kallang River. Some gushed over the otters and their “family outing”, while others lamented about never having seen them in real life before. Several wondered if they were lost, and responsible ones worried for their safety.

Naturally, people also couldn’t resist throwing in a couple of otter puns.
