The final two episodes of ESPN's hit documentary series "The Last Dance" air on Sunday evening. NBA fans received the treat of a lifetime during this time of social-distancing and quarantining, as they got to head into the proverbial time machine to see the rise of Michael Jordan in real time. Perhaps the best part of this series is ESPN's use of classic clips highlighting some of the biggest news in Jordan's career. Of course, no highlight was better than MJ's "Flu Game," which was perfectly narrated by legendary sports anchor Stuart Scott,

Nobody could highlight a game better than Stu Scott. Nobody.

Of course, the "Flu Game" was Game 5 of the 1997 NBA Finals. Reports before the game indicated that Jordan had been dealing with flu-like symptoms, which put the Bulls at seemingly a huge disadvantage. But this is Jordan we're talking about! MJ tallied 38 points, seven rebounds, five assists, three steals, and a block to help Chicago win 90-88 and give them a 3-2 series lead over the Utah Jazz.

However, the "Flu Game" story has been semi-debunked recently. Jordan's longtime trainer, Tim Grover revealed that the Bulls star wasn't dealing with influenza. Rather, he was dealing with a hangover and food poisoning after eating some bad pizza. Way to kill our childhoods, Tim!

No matter if it was the flu or the side effects of alcohol consumption, Jordan's performance was one for the history books. This moment was even better with Scott telling us hoops fans the story. We wish he were with us to take in this tremendous documentary.
