Red Flag Warning prompts North Bay park closure A huge area of California is under a Red Flag Warning Thursday because of the hot, dry, windy conditions, including the Bay Area county of Solano.

A crash caused a traffic nightmare for commuters trying to get into San Francisco early this morning.
The accident was first reported around 5:30 a.m. on westbound lanes of the bridge past Treasure Island.
During the peak of the backup, drivers reported at least an hour to get across the bridge.
All lanes were reopened around 6:30 a.m.
A Sig-alert was issued for the accident, but has since been canceled.
The CHP has not released details on injuries in the crash.
