It's no secret that Pete Davidson has become a press magnet for his high-profile romances over the years. The star-studded ladies in Davidson's love life have included Cazzie David, Kate Beckinsale, Kaia Gerber, Ariana Grande, and of course media mogul Kim Kardashian. After a nine month relationship, the former "Saturday Night Live" star and Kardashian officially called it quits in early August 2022, per E! News. Sources told the outlet that while the two have "a lot of love and respect for each other," they discovered that their long distance connection and arduous schedules "made it really difficult to maintain a relationship."

While Davidson has developed a reputation for dating some of the biggest names in Hollywood, he isn't exactly known for his long-term relationships. In the midst of receiving attention for his whirlwind romance with Kardashian and fleeting engagement to Grande, fans may forget about his other brief relationships. Davidson once dated actor Margaret Qualley for a short period of time...and we have all the details.

So, what's the inside scoop on Margaret Qualley and Pete Davidson's past relationship? In August 2019, Us Weekly announced that the two were dating. An insider told the outlet, "They've been seeing each other for a couple of months and Margaret is really excited about him." That fall, they were spotted together on multiple occasions in Venice, including at the Marco Polo airport and at the Venice Film Festival, per People. A source revealed, "They were very smiley and flirty. Some fans approached them and they happily signed autographs. They left the airport together for the same hotel."

Qualley's mother, Andie MacDowell, was supportive of her daughter's dynamic with Davidson. Despite not having met him at the time, she told People, "She has a beautiful relationship with him but I don't want to step on her relationship too much. They have a nice relationship." However, Qualley and Davidson's relationship didn't last long. In October 2019, another Us Weekly report disclosed that their romance had ended. "They remain friends," an insider shared with the outlet.

While details on the actual dynamics of Pete Davidson and Margaret Qualley's relationship haven't been disclosed, we do know something about Davidson's feelings on romance. In an interview with Charlamagne tha God, Davidson said, "I like love. I love love. That's how I grew up." He added, "I didn't have a man around the house, so I was just like 'when am I going to find my Princess Charming?'"

Believe it or not, Davidson doesn't like to play games with the women he pursues. In addition, he lays out all of his quirks on the table at the very beginning of a relationship. In an appearance on Breakfast Club Power 105.1 FM (via Page Six) he explained, "I just off the top I'm like, 'Hey, I'm nuts. Here's all my issues. Here's what I do. Here's the therapist. This is what happens.'" Davidson admitted that while some may welcome his candor, it may be too much for other people to handle. In spite of his forthcoming nature, he cares deeply about the women he's romantically involved with. In a November 2019 interview with Paper Magazine, he said, "My love language, when I'm in a relationship, is I treat the person I'm with like a princess." Hmm...did he treat Qualley like a princess? As neither Davidson nor Qualley ever made an official statement about their short-lived relationship, the mystery remains.
