On May 5, 2022, former child actor Tony Dow -- who starred as Wally Cleaver on "Leave It to Beaver" and its spinoffs -- and his wife, Lauren Shulkind, revealed to TMZ that the actor and artist been diagnosed with cancer. The couple, who did not specify what type cancer he has, said they're heartbroken and thanked fans in advance for their prayers.
