Tonight at the 95th Academy Awards, Lenny Kravitz was on hand to perform during the annual “In Memoriam” tribute segment. To pay homage to those the film industry lost in the past year, Kravitz performed “Calling All Angels,” his song from the 2004 album Baptism. Watch it happen below.

This year’s tribute honored the late Olivia Newton John, Vangelis, Jean-Luc Godard, James Caan, Ray Liotta, and Angelo Badalamenti. Also named in the “In Memoriam” segment were Irene Cara, Burt Bacharach, Angela Lansbury, Robbie Coltrane, Kirstie Alley, Tom Whitlock, Mary Alice, Gina Lollobrigida, and Douglas Kirkland, among others.
