A dedicated Genshin Impact fan created an impressive cinematic trailer highlighting many of the game's action-packed cutscenes and most important moments. The fan-made cinematic trailer features scenes from Genshin Impact version 1.0 to version 3.2, the game's most recent story update. The game's latest update brought the conclusion to the main Sumeru storyline, but more updates are coming soon as 2023 approaches.

Genshin Impact's main story is filled with intense battles, shocking revelations, and ancient tales that influence the Traveler's next moves throughout the world of Teyvat. The Traveler's recent journey brought players to the Sumeru region, a land where tradition and scholarly knowledge are most coveted, in Genshin Impact version 3.0. The Sumeru storyline culminated with intense battles against one of Genshin Impact's most popular Fatui Harbingers, and fans have already begun to look back at all the game's prior updates leading up to this point. Some fans have taken inspiration from this year's HoYoFair celebration as well, which allows Genshin Impact players to commemorate their favorite characters and moments with fan-made art and videos.

Reddit user u/RedThragtusk celebrated Genshin Impact by creating an incredible cinematic trailer depicting cutscenes and events all the previously released updates leading into the end of version 3.2. The Traveler and companions from Mondstadt, Liyue, Inazuma, and Sumeru are featured throughout the cinematic trailer as they battled against the Fatui and helped the world's Archons. The two-minute-long trailer highlights the Traveler's most difficult story battles against the Raiden Shogun and Scaramouche. This fruitful endeavor took roughly 100 hours to edit according to u/RedThragtusk, and the video quickly became one of the most upvoted of all time in the Genshin Impact Reddit community.

The fan-made cinematic trailer encapsulates Genshin Impact's two and a half year history leading into version 3.3 without spoiling many of the finer details. For instance, a lot of the lore surrounding Nahida's role in the story is touched on briefly in the trailer without revealing her connections to the Sumeru people. Leaving out the most important context allows players to enjoy this trailer without ruining the experience of playing through Genshin Impact's Sumeru quests for the first time.

u/RedThragtusk's Genshin Impact trailer is expertly edited, rivaling some of the best gaming trailers produced by major studios around the world. The trailer helps build even more excitement leading into the launch of Genshin Impact version 3.3 while looking back at prior events of the game.

Genshin Impact version 3.3 launches December 7 with new events, playable characters, quests, and the Genius Invocation card game. Fans may look forward to the highly-anticipated arrival of Scaramouche into the Genshin Impact's playable roster.

Genshin Impact is available now for Android, iOS, PC, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5. A Nintendo Switch version is in development with no confirmed release date.
