California issues stay-at-home order to battle Covid-19 surge
California Gov. Gavin Newsom announced a new stay-at-home order that will take hold in regions where hospitals are feeling the squeeze on capacity to treat the incoming surge of Covid-19 patients. CNN's Erica Hill reports.
