IronPigs fans now have a new treat on Coca-Cola Park’s PNC Club Level menu — “Pigs in Dirt.”

It’s really chocolate pudding with crushed Oreo topping and pink pig-shaped candy on top. The concoction is being handcrafted by Khanisa’s “The Pudding Bar” owners Sean and Khanisa Darby. The dessert shop at 118 Northampton St. opened in June 2019 in Easton, but recently had to temporarily shutter due to building damage.

Prior to the opening at the Northampton Street site, the Darbys operated their dessert shop at different site on Easton’s south side.

“Pigs in Dirt” initially will be added to Coca-Cola Park’s PNC Club Level menu at the Allentown park. The IronPigs then hope to make the item available within the team’s main concession areas as sales increase, said team spokesman Michael Ventola.

The Darbys described their pudding as a staple throughout the Easton area already and are excited to bring it to Coca-Cola Park.

IronPigs president and general manager Kurt Landes said in a statement said the organization enjoys working with area small businesses and called Khanisas’ treats a great fit for the menu.
