Health club chain Life Time is bringing another one of its fitness centers to New Jersey.

The new club will open in Red Bank at 230 Half Mile Rd.

Red Bank’s Life Time club is expected to open sometime in 2024, although an exact date has yet to be announced.

The club will feature a 125,000 square-foot format, including swimming pools, athletic courts, saunas, cardio and weight training equipment, fitness studios, kids spaces, a cafe and a spa. The center’s pool area will occupy about 50,000 square feet of space with an outdoor beach club and bistro, lap pools and a whirlpool.

“People love what Life Time offers, whether its for a single person, a couple or especially for families,” Natalie Bushaw, Life Time’s VP of corporate communications, told NJ Advance Media. “This Middletown (Red Bank) club will have phenomenal kids programming, as well.”

There are currently seven Life Time Fitness Clubs in New Jersey: Berkeley Heights, Bridgewater, Florham Park, Hackensack, Montvale, Mt. Laurel and Princeton.

Life Time debuted in the Garden State in Florham Park in 2008 and most recently opened in Bridgewater in 2019.

A boutique club at The Shops at Riverside opened in January 2022.

The fitness club chain operates over 160 locations throughout the United States and Canada.

Life Time expects to open more than 20 clubs throughout the United States in 2023 and 2024.
