Portland-based grocery chain New Seasons Market has again expanded their recall on all beef products over concerns of E. Coli contamination, the market said in a release Saturday morning.

According to the release, "This recall includes steaks, roast, ready-to-cook mixes, frozen beef bones, and housemade beef products, including meat loaf, meat balls, kabobs, hamburger patties of all varieties, from the Meat and Seafood departments and Grab & Go cases at all of New Seasons Market’s Oregon, Washington and California locations."

The recalled products were sold with “Packed On” dates of October 19, 2019 to November 15, 2019, and “Sell By” dates starting October 23, 2019, up to and including November 18, 2019.

New Seasons is offering full refunds for the recalled product, and are working with regulatory agencies to identify the source of the contamination.
