A Northwest Washington restaurant like so many others had to make significant changes to its menu and operations to accommodate customers during COVID-19.

Prior to COVID, "The Pig" cooked every part of the animal, but when the pandemic hit, the restaurant pivoted to an affordable barbecue restaurant.

The eatery is doing 90 percent takeout seven days a week but customers can dine in. The majority of the menu is new with vegetarian meal options.

ABC7's Kidd O'Shea visited the restaurant and got an inside look at the new entrees and appetizers in the above video.
