Roseville water park could face $500 fine for staying open

A Roseville water park could face a fine of $500 a day if it does not close. The state says water parks are not allowed to be open right now due to COVID-19 concerns. Roseville city officials say they are in talks with Sunsplash to follow guidelines. It is not clear when those fines would be imposed.
