Baked Eggs
Take baked eggs from meh to mouthwatering by cooking them up in avocado halves with smoked salmon. All you have to do is remove about 2 tablespoons of avocado flesh from each half, add a small piece of smoked salmon to the hollow, and carefully crack in an egg.
