Chair Get-up

Chair Get-up : Step 1
Step 1 Sit tall in a chair with your feet flat on the floor about hip-width apart. Rest your hands at your sides while keeping your back flat and chin parallel to the floor.
Chair Get-up : Step 2
Step 2 Press your heels into the floor and stand up. Squeeze your glutes tight at the top of the move. Reverse direction and repeat for the prescribed number of repetitions.
