Britney Spears Just Posted This Video And We Can't Stop Gawking At How Flexible She Is

It’s no secret that Britney Spears is a beast when it comes to fitness. She regularly posts photos and videos of herself on Instagram doing handstands, cool yoga poses, and just killing it at the gym. But her latest workout video on Instagram is pretty mind-blowing.

In it, Britney starts out by alternating arm lifts above her head with small weights and squats. Then, she moves on to planking with alternating biceps curls. It’s all super impressive, but here’s where things get seriously amazing.

In the next shot, Britney can be seen doing a backbend for several seconds, with her bottom half resting on her toes. She makes it look totally effortless.

Then, she’s back to doing biceps curls while resting on one foot and squats while doing arm lifts, before going to squats with single-arm raises.

And then, of course, she has to seriously floor people again. In the final shot, Britney can be seen casually resting in a full-on split on the floor, as one does.

“Gearing up for summer!!!” she wrote in the caption.

Clearly Britney has done this routine before—her strength and flexibility is pretty freaking impressive.

Fans were all about it. “I want to be summer ready Britney style!!!” one wrote in the comments. “I can feel my abs burnin,” another said.
