Jennifer Lopez, 51, knows how to usher in the weekend. She's dancing her way through Friday and looking crazy fit in the process.

Alex Rodriguez, adorable fiancé that he is, captured it all on camera and shared for fans to enjoy on Instagram. J.Lo shows off her toned booty and abs while shaking it out in a black bra and leggings ensemble next to a very inviting pool. He added a short and sweet caption: "Headed into the weekend like 💕💃🏼."

As much as you and I want to, we can't join her in that gorgeous pool IRL. But fans can get a taste of the killer workout responsible for her strong bod and dance moves. So, how does the Marry Me star maintain those killer abs, toned legs, and strong AF back?

When she's in New York, J.Lo works out with celebrity trainer David Kirsch, whose other clients include Margot Robbie, Britney Spears, and Heidi Klum. "When Jennifer comes in we do a 30- to 45-minute workout," he told Insider. "The quickest, most effective workout for your butt is the platypus walk," he added, because it lifts and tones the butt and works the inner thighs. (Noted!)

J.Lo has also been sweating it out with A-Rod's longtime trainer, Dodd Romero. He shared her abs routine with O, the Oprah Magazine. She knocks out 50 hanging abs raises, 50 rope crunches, and 50 incline situps with a 45-pound plate, then a set of 35, followed by a set of 21. (Intense is an understatement.)

What J.Lo eats also factors in. Her personal chef, Kelvin Fernandez, shared some insight into J.Lo's go-to foods. "Sparkling water, always fruits and vegetables, like strawberries…There’s always greens like spinach, cucumber, and celery to make green juice. They love starting their day with a green juice," he told Us Weekly.
