It's not always easy to make sure you're starting the day off with a healthy and filling breakfast, but Khloe Kardashian is attempting to make it easier for us all by sharing some tips on how she tackles the most important meal of the day. The 33-year-old reality star took to her website, Khloe With a K, to reveal a few quick breakfast recipes she regularly makes to stay in shape.

"We all know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but that doesn't mean it has to be so much f---ing work to prepare," she writes in the post. "I like to make something quick and easy, yet packed with lots of vitamins and protein to power my early morning workouts."

The first recipe she shares is a spinach and bell pepper omelet that she's able to whip up in 3 to 5 minutes by simply sautéeing her vegetables first and adding in the whisked eggs (or egg whites) shortly after.

"Once the top surface of the eggs has cooked, add back in your bell peppers and spinach mixture to one side of the pan and fold the eggs over, creating a little pocket," she writes.

Her next two breakfast go-tos are yogurt parfaits and banana toast with almond butter, and they both require little to no cooking, as they're more about the products you choose to include in them than anything. For yogurt parfaits, Khloe likes to use Greek yogurt for the protein, and antioxidant-rich berries like strawberries, blackberries, and raspberries. As far as the banana toast is concerned, her favorite brand of almond butter to use is Justin's Vanilla.

So there you have it. Khloe's favorite super easy-to-make, healthy breakfasts that'll keep you satisfied well into lunchtime.

Her transformation began in college, when spiraling weight gain made her realize she needed to make healthy changes. She managed to drop the pounds, but she still didn't feel great in her skin. A decade later, she discovered weight training and put together a system of plyometrics, circuit training, high-intensity cardio, and more. "I'd never trained like that before, and because of it my body changed significantly," she says. "Between January 2009 and January 2010 I went from 140 pounds and 24 percent body fat to 130 pounds and 16 percent body fat!" She also dropped two sizes. In time, she found herself so passionate about lifting that she became a personal trainer and started competing in bikini competitions and half-marathons. #Fitspo, much? 15 Stories of Women Who Lost Weight Without Fad Dieting
