Experts Say Cannabis Eases Cancer Pain

Research suggests that medical cannabis relieves cancer pain and reduces the number of medications needed by patients. The study involved 358 cancer patients who were surveyed on their pain levels throughout the treatment. Every three months the patients were asked how much pain they felt and how many drugs they took. About 25% took THC-dominant products, 38% took THC-CBD-balanced drugs and 17% took CBD-dominant products. Patients who used cannabis products experienced less pain and found that it interfered less in their daily lives.
