I'm Feeling Sexy - It's Time To Hit The Pole | RAHKI'S WORLD

AS SEASON 2 draws to an end, Rahki is getting closer and closer to her fitness goal. Over the past few months, Rahki has tried every fitness challenge under the sun, from Crossfit to acro yoga. She said: "When it comes to fitness, I definitely feel like I'm getting 10 times closer to my goal because I'm a little more consistent." Today, Rahki is going to push herself and put herself out of her comfort zone once again by taking up pole dancing. Rahki said: "Pole dancing is about holding yourself up and being able to have a strong core. So today will definitely be a challenge." In this episode, Rahki is visiting Pixie Fitness in Pompano Beach, Florida, for a private pole dancing lesson. She is meeting up with Serena Williams’ personal trainer, Derick Pierson, who is also a national pole fitness champion. Derick said: "When people think about pole dancing, they tend to have a negative connotation with it. It reminds them of strip clubs and exotic dancing. What I do is more of a fitness aspect - I push the body in a different way than people are used to." Will Rahki make it through the lesson?
