SEATTLE, WA — Isaiah Thomas, the former Husky Men's Basketball star and NBA veteran, sent more than 100 pizzas to health care workers at Harborview Medical Center and two UW Medical Center campuses Tuesday night.

Thomas, who was born and raised in Pierce County, said he wanted to show his appreciation for all the doctors, nurses and cleaning staff at UW Medicine and thank them for their work on the front lines of the coronavirus outbreak in Washington.
