Chickpeas

Also known as garbanzo beans, chickpeas are high in fiber, deliver 2.4 grams of protein per tablespoon, and also back in those healthier polyunsaturated fats. Add these to a salad, blend yourself some fresh hummus, or enjoy them as a side — but be mindful of their sugar content (1.3 grams per tablespoon), which is why they taste so good.
