Married At First Sight star and personal trainer Davina Rankin, 27, reveals to Daily Mail Australia her diet and exercise secrets.

She debuted as the busty bikini model on Married At First Sight.

'For breakfast I usually have an omelette and a green smoothie, with the smoothies consisting of protein powder, greens powder, banana and coconut water,' Davina shared.

'Lunches and dinners are from WorkOut meals; I love the chicken breast, with almonds, feta and sweet potato for lunch.'

'Moroccan lamb with couscous and chickpeas is also a favorite for dinner,' the 27-year-old brunette continued.

For snacks, Davina always has fresh fruit on hand, but admits to chocolate being a guilty pleasure.

'I love fruit! Raspberries, blueberries, I always have bowls of fruit in my fridge. But I am a sucker for a Tim Tam I'll admit that,' the social media sensation told Daily Mail Australia.

The Queensland-based star revealed that filming Married At First Sight saw her drinking alcohol more than usual.

'I definitely found myself drinking more and training less while filming MAFS. I felt very sluggish all the time, especially with the hours.'

However when not starring on TV, Davina describes herself as the 'most balanced personal trainer you'll ever meet.'

She told DMA: 'I don't even have scales in my studio because I don't want the girls to think that their weight is the only thing that matters. I want them to want to train because they love how it makes them feel, not because they hate themselves.'

'I believe that life should be all about balance, enjoy a vino on the weekend but also enjoy moving your body. The more you stress out about training and what you're eating, the more it feels like a chore,' Davina went on to say.

And in terms of exercise, the businesswoman finds that a mix of cardio and strength training, gives her the results.

'I do a mixture of HIIT sessions [high-intensity interval training] and heavy weight sessions. I mix it up every day too so I don't get bored and also do different types of exercise, including yoga, boxing and Pilates, to keep my body guessing week to week.'
