For breakfast, Jamie likes to go big or go home! He usually eats egg whites, turkey sausage, a slice of toast, and orange juice. He tries to make breakfast a big, balanced, and nutritious meal to start the day on a healthy note.

For lunch, he tries to make most of his composed of protein. He usually goes for brussels sprouts, bacon, salmon, and rice. For his dinner, he also maintains his protein intake, while cutting off the carbs, and goes for a steak with some vegetables.

At other times, he likes to snack on salt and vinegar chips, but then he knows that he needs to workout a bit extra that day. He also has a cheat day where he eats his favorite food, which includes “Sophia Pizza” a white cheese pizza with sausage on it.

When it comes to working out, Jamie likes to work hard and smart! According to Men's Health, at his age, he doesn't really need a personal trainer. He says "For anyone 50 and over who has years of experience in fitness, you have all the information you need to eat right and exercise right".

Foxx's advice for other people who want to stay fit and exercise regularly is to focus on building healthy workout habits. He says that the best thing is working out first thing in the morning aiming at 20 pull-ups per day. “And if you can get 25 dips, 50 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, if you can get 20 to 30 back extensions, you’re done,” he says.

The best thing about Jamie's routine is that it is simple and achievable. His final advice regarding this was “When you look better, you feel better. So when you eat right you feel right, and that’s what I try to do” he says.
