In this video, I will be attempting 100 push ups every day for 30 days. As I was curious, I did no more than 100 push-ups a day with no additional exercise nor diets and to my surprise, the results were pleasing. Timestamps: Day 1 measurements 0:39 Day 4 update 1:35 Day 15 update 3:29 Day 30 results and final measurements 5:29 I thought 100 push-ups a day for 30 days would be difficult, especially after day 4 as my muscles were very sore and I nearly quit. However, I'm so glad I didn't quit as it only got easier and I felt very strong from day 15. I'm happy and satisfied with the pushup body transformation too even though I never did any additional exercises or diets, just plain old simple 100 push-ups every day for 30 days.
