Maryland AG, others pen letter to Kia and Hyundai manufacturers to protect cars from theft trend
Maryland Attorney General Anthony Brown is one of nearly two dozen attorneys general across the country demanding leadership at Kia and Hyundai to take action against what they are calling a crisis of car thefts.
