Like pretty much everyone in the world, Adele has recently been spending time at home watching Beyoncé's new visual album, Black Is King. (If you haven't seen it, you need to get on ASAP. Everything about it — especially the beauty looks — is incredible.)

On Saturday, August 1, the singer shared her love and support for the album in an Instagram post in which she matched one of Beyoncé's outfits, posing in front of the television. Adele and Beyoncé both look stunning as ever, but this post left us with one question: Adele, where and why have you been hiding this curly hair from us?

Wearing the same crescent moon top as Bey, Adele captioned the photo with, "Thank you Queen for always making us all feel so loved through your art ♥️♥️." It's a quote we can all agree with. But back to the hair.

The singer has almost always been seen with a freshly blown-out lob or a high, sleek ponytail — but never like this. Adele's hair is now past shoulder-length and a strawberry-blonde hue that looks especially gorgeous with her perfect natural curls.

The comment section is loving this look, too. One wrote, "That hair! Stunning! ❤️" and another agreed, writing, "Gurl, I love your curly hair!!!💕💕"

Recently, while staying at home due to the COVID-19 pandemic, people on TikTok have been finding out that they have had curly hair all along and sharing videos of their journeys — maybe that's what happened with Adele, too? Regardless, we are obsessed with this look and we hope to see her wear her hair like this when she eventually hits the stage again to perform.
