How to pop a pimple yourself, according to Dr. Pimple Popper's tips Insider producer Celia Skvaril video chatted with Dr. Sanda Lee, aka Dr. Pimple Popper, to get her professional advice on how to pop a pimple at home. While Lee doesn't recommend that people pop their own pimples, pimple popping is a habit that many struggle to quit. With much of the world staying at home, people aren't seeing their dermatologists and estheticians regularly and may be fighting a higher-than-usual urge to pick at their skin. Lee offered her tips on how to best minimize the risk of scarring and further infection when popping your own pimples, like attempting to pop only superficial whiteheads and properly sterilizing the pimple and tools both before and after popping. Following Lee's tips, Celia attempted to pop her own whitehead at home. For more from Dr. Pimple Popper, visit: https://slmdskincare.com/ https://www.instagram.com/drpimplepopper/

How to explain a coronavirus-related layoff on your resume If you’ve been laid off due to the coronavirus pandemic and are on the job hunt, you’re probably wondering how to explain it on your resume.

Rihanna continues to raise the bar for quarantine-era style.
The beauty mogul, fashion designer, and pop star (remember when RiRi gave us music?) stepped out in New York City Tuesday, wearing a luxe outfit for dinner at celeb favorite restaurant, Emilio's Ballato. For the outing, Rihanna wore a chartreuse blouse—styled sultrily with the buttons undone—tucked into light-wash distressed denim, a matching green sport coat from Bottega Veneta's resort 2021 collection, white pumps, an elegant brown fur overcoat, and a black baseball cap courtesy of brand R13.
Though Rihanna was spending time in New York ahead of the inauguration, she still chimed in on the day's events on Wednesday. The star shared a heavily memed image of herself taking out the trash, photographed during her Harper's BAZAAR cover shoot from last year, to represent her elation over the new Biden-Harris administration and Donald Trump's exit from the White House.
"I'm just here to help. 🤷🏿♀️#wediditJoe," wrote Rihanna, referencing Vice President Kamala Harris's viral reaction to her and Biden's election win last November.
On a more somber and sentimental note, the star also used her platform earlier this week to honor the recent Martin Luther King Jr. holiday. On Instagram, Rihanna revealed to fans that she had taken a road trip and visited the site of King's assassination, the Lorraine Motel in Memphis, last summer.
"Finally found em'.... got cabin fever last summer and took a road trip to Memphis," Rihanna wrote alongside the post. "MAN... I can't describe the feeling that came over me, you gotta go to experience it for yourself! #MLK."
