The Better Business Bureau is alerting customers about an Alabama-based online retailer which sells discounted monogrammed goods, boutique clothing and farmhouse decor.

The BBB of Central and South Alabama issued an alert on the company Frogs & Frills after more than 300 complaints from customers across the country.

Most of the complaints regard shipping delays or customers receiving the wrong product or not receiving a product.

The BBB says the company has not responded to more than half of the complaints, earning it an "F'' rating.

BBB representatives say they have been receiving complaints about Frogs & Frills since 2013.

“This has been going on for a long time,” said David Smitherman, President/CEO of BBB Serving Central and South Alabama, “Shipping and communication seem to be persistent issues with this business, and potential customers of this business need to know what they may encounter.”

In July 2018 the business owner Haley Stevens responded to the BBB saying they "are working diligently to review all complaints and make sure all products have either been received or are fully refunded" and "are putting systems in place to better serve customers."

The company promotes its products on its website, Facebook, and Instagram pages.
