Now hiring: Dave & Busters announces opening for Lubbock, positions available

The highly anticipated Lubbock opening of Dave & Busters is just a few months away, and the company has opened positions for hopeful employees, the chain announced.

Dave & Busters will open on May 8 at the West End Center, 2620 W. Loop 289. The new 21,000 sq. ft. facility will feature hundreds of arcade games, food, drinks, and a "state of the art" sports bar. The bar will have a 40-foot wall of high-definition TV screen.

"We are so excited to be opening our first Dave & Buster's in Lubbock," said James Oliver, general manager. "As Lubbock's newest entertainment attraction, Dave & Buster's provides its employees a unique, fun-filled work environment, working alongside passionate teammates that are dedicated to providing a top-tier experience where guests eat, drink, play, and watch - all under one roof."

With all of these features and space, the company has opened 175 positions across the front- and back-of-house staff. That includes servers, hosts, line cooks, game techs, and more. Some positions include medical, dental, and vision insurance and a 401K.
