Chevron, Amgen share gains contribute to Dow's 66-point jump

Shares of Chevron and Amgen are trading higher Friday morning, sending the Dow Jones Industrial Average into positive territory. Shares of Chevron and Amgen have contributed to the index's intraday rally, as the Dow was most recently trading 66 points higher (0.2%). Chevron's shares are up $2.78 (1.7%) while those of Amgen have climbed $3.92, or 1.6%, combining for an approximately 44-point boost for the Dow. Other components contributing significantly to the gain include Walgreens Boots Merck and UnitedHealth A $1 move in any one of the 30 components of the index results in a 6.59-point swing.
