Cincinnatians dealt with slick, icy roads in the morning
After 1/2 inch of snow or so for portions of the Tri-State overnight, we have dried up but the clouds remain. The cold air looks to continue the rest of your Tuesday, but signs show that roads should improve through the middle of the day and into the afternoon.
