Norfolk Southern CEO Alan Shaw testified before the state Senate Emergency Preparedness Committee in Harrisburg where he, once again, apologized for the derailment in East Palestine. But as KDKA money editor Jon Delano reports, his statement was treated skeptically by some state senators.
