United Furniture Industries recently announced layoffs just days before the Thanksgiving holiday.

If you are impacted by the layoffs or were laid off by another company, you could be eligible for unemployment benefits. These benefits provide temporary payments to eligible workers who lose their job through no fault of their own. Unemployment benefits can help you with expenses while you look for employment.
