Family calls for end of stigma surrounding mental health issues following death of school intruder suspect
"Our hope is that we try to stomp out the stigma surrounding mental health and really just raise awareness." People close to Romen Phelps held a vigil for him outside of Dreyfoos School of the Arts, where police say he crashed through the front gates before being shot and killed by a West Palm Beach police officer over a week ago.
