President Joe Biden delivered remarks from the White House following a mass shooting at an elementary school in Texas that resulted in multiple deaths. Biden, whose son Beau Biden died in 2015 after a brain cancer diagnosis, said that losing a child is like "having a piece of your soul ripped away."
