Oklahoma, Johnson & Johnson face off in first opioid crisis trial

The state of Oklahoma is set to take drugmaker Johnson & Johnson to trial on Tuesday, over claims it engaged in deceptive marketing that contributed to the opioid epidemic. Teva Pharmaceutical Industries said it had agreed to pay an $85 million settlement with the state, avoiding trial. Jillian Kitchener has more.
