Police announce arrest in killing of Takeoff, calling Migos rapper "innocent bystander"
Houston Police Sgt. Michael Burrow spoke with reporters Friday after an arrest was announced in the fatal shooting of Migos rapper Takeoff. The artist, born Kirsnick Khari Ball, was an "innocent bystander" in the shooting, Burrow said. Watch him discuss the investigation.
