U.S. Ramping Up European NATO Presence 'Based On The Threat': Biden
Speaking at the NATO summit in Madrid Wednesday, President Joe Biden said the U.S. is ramping up NATO presence in Europe and that the U.S. and their allies will make sure "NATO is ready to meet threats from all directions across every domain."
