Apartments in McKinney and an office building in southwest Dallas were among latest property sales

Dallas-based Conti Organization has acquired Rustic of McKinney, a 260-unit apartment complex located at 2700 N Brook Drive in McKinney. The acquisition increases the company’s current Texas portfolio to 32 properties with more than 9,000 apartment units. Taylor Hill, Michael Ware, Jay Gunn, Tom Burns, and Will Jarnagin with Berkadia handled the sale.

Industrial Fabrics Inc. has purchased a 40,100 square-foot industrial building located at 3420 Dalworth Street in Arlington. Blake Wilson with Herrin Real Estate brokered the sale with Michael Stanzel with NAI Robert Lynn.

Houston-based Realty.com has purchase an office building in southwest Dallas. The four-story, 63,000 square-foot office building is at 5787 S. Hampton Rd. in Dallas. The Dallas building was acquired as part of a larger purchase from Oxley Leasing.

Hjjr Inc. purchased 3.5 acres of land in the Mira Lagos community on Joe Pool Lake in Grand Prairie. Demian P. Salmon with Stream Realty Partners and Kevin Cho with The Way Realty Advisors brokered the sale with John Carter with Hanover Property Co.

A California investor has purchased the Fountains at Steeplechase apartments, a 368-unit property at 7301 Alma Drive. Built in 1985, the rental community was sold by investor Hamilton Zanze, which had owned the property since 2013.

An institutional investor paid $6.4 million for the Walgreen’s building at 2060 South Buckner Boulevard in Dallas. The 15,120-square-foot property is leased to the drugstore chain for 10 years. Stan Johnson Co brokered the sale.

An investor has purchased the Texas Tickets Building, a 7,396-square-foot retail property at 3508 Greenville Ave. in Dallas. Joe Santelli and Matthew Sheard with Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale.

An investor has purchased the Take 5 Oil Change building on University Drive in McKinney. The building was constructed this year. Strive Real Estate brokered the sale.

Leases

E&A TransPros Inc. has leased 19,643 square feet of industrial space in Hanover 4, 801 Hanover Dr., in Grapevine, from Prologis Inc. Joe Santaularia and Brock Wilson of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services negotiated the lease with Gil Stroube of Lincoln Property Co.

Octapharma Plasma signed a new 9,598-square-foot lease with Retail Plazas at 1030 West University Drive in Denton. Transwestern’s Mason Bishop negotiated the lease.

Mariscos La Marea has leased 9,702 square feet of retail space located in the Courtyard at 3250 West Pleasant Run Road in Lancaster. Monika Guzman with NAI Robert Lynn negotiated the lease.

Neo International LLC leased a 4,380 square foot office and industrial space at Westwood Business Park at 1801 Royal Lane in Farmers Branch. William McCarthy, Drew Crawford and Cole Kenefsky with Finial Group negotiated the lease with Troy Morgan with Structure Commercial.

Value Depot has leased 2,250 square feet of retail space at 513 W. Jefferson in Grand Prairie. Zach Boatwright at Vision Commercial negotiated the lease.
