Frisco shopping center sells to investors

Green Stone Properties Ltd. purchased the Shops at Stonebrook, a 30,697-square-foot shopping center at Stonebrook and Teel parkways in Frisco. The retail strip was built in 2017 and has tenants including Pizzeria Alba, Aura Nail Bar, the Salt Retreat and Fit Body Lab. Shop Cos. brokered the sale.

Bowser Commonwealth Holdings LLC purchased 16,059 square feet of industrial space located at 915-917 Bowser Road North in Richardson. Kent Smith and Dave Peterson with NAI Robert Lynn brokered the sale with Darrell Haveman with Landers Brokerage LLC.

A Texas investor bought the Shops on Custer, a retail strip at Virginia Parkway and Custer Road in McKinney. The shopping center is fully leased to seven tenants. Jason Vitorino and Hudson Lambert of Strive Real Estate brokered the sale.

Dalfen Industrial has acquired a 98,666 square foot industrial property in Tarrant County. Built in 2017, West Tarrant Distribution Center is located at 1403 S Cherry Lane in White Settlement. The property is next to the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics headquarters.

An investor purchased University Office Park, a 6,458-square-foot office building at 330 Municipal Drive in Richardson. Joseph Jaques and Garrett Wolfe of Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale.

Investor 5900 Altamesa Blvd Partners LP purchased 5900 Altamesa Blvd., a 43,397-square-foot medical property in Southwest Fort Worth. The building was sold by a joint venture between Texas Orthopedic Associates Fort Worth and Vaquero Ventures. Transwestern Real Estate Services’ Bill Behr and Jim Sager brokered the sale.

Lois Ullman bought 6,672 square feet of retail space at 7504 Boulevard 26 in North Richland Hills. Monika Guzman of NAI Robert Lynn negotiated the transaction.

Binma Family Limited Partnership bought a 1.19-acre building site at 2851 North Highway 77 in Waxahachie. Tom Heraty of NAI Robert Lynn negotiated the deal.

An investment group purchased French Colony, a 94-unit apartment property at 1235 Hartsdale Drove in Dallas. Al Silva and Ford Braly of Marcus & brokered the sale.

Leases

Gold 3 PL leased 59,440 square feet of industrial space at Prologis Stemmons 1 on Regal Row in Dallas. Boozer and Lena Pierce of Stream Realty Partners negotiated the lease.

Southlake-based Technical Transportation Inc. is consolidating its offices and warehouse in a new, 39,812-square-foot building at 415 Bank St. in Southlake. The building was developed by Dallas-based Holt Lunsford to house the company’s operation with 65 employees. TechTrans will move into the building in August from two current locations. Mark Graybill of Lee & Associates negotiated the transaction.

Sunbelt Rentals leased 34,537 square feet of industrial space at 1705 Wallace Drive in Carrollton. Sarah Ozanne, Mac Hall, Forrest Cook, Tyler Reed, Peter Beugg and Dominic DiOrio of Stream Realty Partners negotiated the lease.

A/C Supply Co. leased 31,243 square feet of industrial space at Midpoint I-20 Distribution Center at 3701 New York Ave. in Arlington. Matt Dornak and Luke Davis with Stream Realty Partners negotiated the lease with Vasseur Commercial Real Estate.

AP Americas Inc signed a new 18,540 square-foot industrial lease at 3101 Skyway Circle N. in Irving. Transwestern’s Brett Owens and Clayton Johnson negotiated the lease with Brian Pafford with Bradford Commercial.

RPM xConstruction LLC expanded its office lease to 17,391 square feet at 5200 Tennyson in Plano. Transwestern’s Justin Miller and Kim Brooks negotiated the lease.

Dental Sciences LLC leased 17,277 square feet of industrial space at 2360 Crist Road in Garland. Josh Barnes and Andrew Gilbert of Holt Lunsford Commercial negotiated the lease with Bob Hagewood of Stream Realty Partners.

Communitymed Urgent Care System LLC signed a new 12,410 square-foot lease at 5200 Tennyson in Plano. Transwestern’s Justin Miller and Kim Brooks negotiated the lease.

The Cleaning Authority leased 3,104 square feet of industrial space in Manana Business Park at 2526 Manana Road in Dallas. Monika Guzman with NAI Robert Lynn negotiated the lease.

Pho Duc Vietnamese Restaurant leased 2,573 square feet of retail space at Lake Prairie Towne Crossing ant Camp Wisdom Road and State Highway 360 in Grand Prairie. David Levinson of The Real Estate Connection negotiated the lease with Michelle Lee of Quine and Associates.

GuruFocus leased 2,300 square feet of office space in CityView Corporate Center at 1309 W. 15th Street in Plano. James Engels and Dan Pond of Holt Lunsford Commercial negotiated the lease.

Method Architecture leased 2,178 square feet of office space at 3227 McKinney Ave. in Dallas. Garrison Efird and Jim Cooksey of Newmark negotiated the lease.

Inspire Chiropractic leased 1,800 square feet of retail space in Preston Valley, a specialty retail center at 12817 Preston Road at its southwest corner with LBJ Freeway in Dallas. Emilie Gioia and Korey Silverman of Weitzman handled negotiations with Jeffrey Hallberg of Lee & Associates.

Sage Street Realty leased 1,300 square feet of office space in the Central Five Hundred building at 500 North Central Expressway in Plano. James Engels and Dan Pond of Holt Lunsford Commercial negotiated the lease.

StretchLab leased 1,200 square feet of retail space at Flower Mound Town Center at Cross Timbers and Long Prairie roads in Flower Mound. Giovanni Scardino of Weitzman handled lease negotiations with The Retail Connection.

Mac PC Rescue leased 1,037 square feet of retail space at Cross Timbers Village at FM 1171 and Bruton Orand Blvd. in Flower Mound. The Retail Connection’s David Levinson negotiated the lease.
