"There are almost too many billionaires living here to count," Edward de Mallet Morgan of Global Super Prime Residential tells CNBC's "Secret Lives of the Super Rich."

The posh area is home to some of the priciest real estate in the world.

"You are really talking about the 1 percent of the 1 percent," de Mallet Morgan says.

This particular residence has no shortage of flair to make it stand out amid its beautiful neighbors. The property kisses the water and is home to a main house and two guest houses, allowing visitors to stay in their own mansions.

Known as La Casetta and La Serra, the guest houses have a combined nine suites, private terrace and plunge pool.

In the main house, the living room features a wall of sliding glass doors, which showcases uncompromised views of the marina below and mountain landscape beyond.

"It's this position and this view that really is why you buy a house like this," de Mallet Morgan says.

A private glass elevator delivers you to the two-story, multi-room master suite, which features a spacious gallery and three balconies.

Entertaining is no problem at this estate, thanks to a swanky in-house nightclub with a full bar.
