Warehouses in Garland, Dallas and Grand Prairie change hands

CanTex Capital and Stream Realty Partners have purchased a 123,800-squre-foot industrial property at 2917 Oakland Street, a 123,800-square-foot industrial property in Garland. Adam Jones and James Mantzuranis of Stream Realty brokered the building sale with Hal Penchan and Matt Troutt with Alt+Co. The building is next to a 162,000-square-foot manufacturing and warehouse facility that CanTex recently acquired at 2900 W. Kingsley Road.

Triten Real Estate Partners has completed its purchase of the Market Square Mall in Plano, a 300,000 square foot of former outlet mall on North Central Expressway. Daniel Eng and Calvin Wong of Engvest brokered the sale with Shop Cos’ Dan Zeltser. The property is being redeveloped.

CIP Real Estate purchased three industrial properties in Grand Prairie and Dallas. The buildings total more than 168,000 square feet and are located at 1830 and 1840 High Prairie Rd. in Grand Prairie and 2202 Manana Dr. in Dallas. A Fort Worth building was also included in the sale by investor MoxieBridge. JLL’s Stephen Bailey, Dustin Volz and Adam Roossien handled the sale.

Tedeco Properties LLC of Carrollton has purchased a 3,000-square-foot office and showroom building at 3749 Josey Lane in Carrollton. Scott Axelrod of Henry S. Miller Brokerage handled the sale.

Leases

Sunrise Wood Designs LLC expanded is lease to 167,405 square feet at 8801 Autobahn Drive in Dallas. John Gorman and Canon Shoults with Holt Lunsford Commercial negotiated the lease with Michael Chiocca and Baron Aldrine with CBRE.

The Pasha Group has leased 45,228 square feet of offices in the Urban Towers at 222 W. Colinas Blvd in Irving. Matthew Hickey of TIG Real Estate Services negotiated the lease with John Fancher and Matt Schendle of Cushman & Wakefield and owner Parallel Capital Partners.

American Bear Logistics leased 19,451 square feet of commercial space at Southlake Business Park and Bank Street in Southlake. Matt Carthey, George Jennings and Hogan Harrison with Holt Lunsford Commercial negotiated the lease with Joe Santaularia with Bradford Commercial Real Estate.

Maxitransfers Corp. has leased 9,652 square feet of offices in the Urban Towers at 222 W. Colinas Blvd in Irving. Campbell Henry of Lincoln Property negotiated the lease with John Fancher and Matt Schendle of Cushman & Wakefield and owner Parallel Capital Partners.

Enterprise Products Operating LLC has leased 8,640 square feet of industrial space at 103 BPR Lane in Aledo from CUDA Solutions Co. Inc. Nick Talley and Brandon Alexander of Dallas-based Bradford Commercial Real Services negotiated the lease.

Skin Pharm TX LLC has leased 3,655 square feet of office space at 3131 Turtle Creek Blvd. in Dallas. Jared Laake of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services negotiated the lease with Trey Smith and Lauren Napper of CBRE.

Flexible Staffing has leased 1,629 square feet of commercial space at 1101 N. Carrier Parkway in Grand Prairie. Molly MacEwan with Vision Commercial negotiated the lease with Michael Jones of Franchise Real Estate Group.

K5 Logistics has leased 1,355 square feet of space at 1101 N. Carrier Parkway in Grand Prairie. Molly MacEwan with Vision Commercial negotiated the lease with Michael Jones of Franchise Real Estate Group.

North Texas Pharmacy has leased 1,330 square feet of retail space at Virginia Commons Plaza at 2741 Virginia Pkwy in McKinney. Chris Flesner and Mai Nguyen of Resolut Real Estate negotiated the lease.
