A bill in legislature would prevent people from choosing a 100% renewable electricity
For more than two decades, Arizona regulators, utilities, and courts have gone back and forth about whether ratepayers should be able to choose their own electricity provider. Now a bill being considered by the Arizona Legislature could squash the possibility once and for all.
