Jokowi says he's in talks with Tesla to build facilities in Indonesia, but 'there's no decision yet'
President Joko Widodo said he's had many discussions with Tesla CEO Elon Musk on how the EV-maker can build end-to-end facilities in Indonesia but nothing has been confirmed. In an interview with CNBC's Martin Soong on June 17, 2022, he said he also offered suggestions on how Tesla can collaborate with Indonesian companies.
