Amid Lawsuits, Fox News' Dianne Brandi Takes Voluntary Leave

On Friday attorney Dianne Brandi, who works as Executive Vice President of Business and Legal Affairs at Fox News, announced that she would be taking a voluntary leave from the network. This comes amid multiple harassment, discrimination and retaliation lawsuits against the Rupert Murdoch - owned broadcaster. Brandi is mentioned by name in several of the lawsuits, and is a defendant in others, including the Andrea Tantaros case, in which the former commentator on "Outnumbered" sued claiming sexual harassment. She is also named in the case of Adasa Blanco, an employee who alleged entrenched and pervasive race discrimination within the company, as well as in Scottie Nell Hughes' lawsuit against Fox Business anchor Charles Payne and spokesperson Irena Briganti, who are accused of leaking Hughes' name to the National Enquirer as a form of retaliation.
